| Q. | Do you book the track day? |
| A. | No, you must first book the track day with the Track Day Organiser and when you have a booking reference you may then book your bike(s) hire with us. |
| Q. | I don't understand your price variations, could you explain? |
| A. | Basically, the more bikes that we take to a track the less we charge per bike. If when you book a bike with us you are the the first person to make a booking at this track on the day, then the price will be at a maximum. If subsequently, other bikes are booked out on the same track and day, then all the bikes will be priced at a lower rate and if you have paid more, you will receive a cash refund for the difference on arrival at the Track. |
| Q. | What are the financial implications if I crash a motorbike hired to me by Patracking? |
| A. | In our Terms and Conditions, you are required to pay a ‘crash' deposit of £350 in cash only, on arrival. This deposit will be returned to you after the event and only when the bike is returned intact and in its original condition of hire.
If the bike suffers some damage, the deposit will be used to repair it, subject to a maximum amount of the ‘crash’ deposit paid. The terms are that if the hirer has a minor off and just damages the pegs/levers, paintwork etc., only the cost of the replacement parts will be taken into account from the deposit. If the damage is severe then the whole deposit is retained. |
